Tunisian (also called Afghan) crochet is a single needle technique where stitches are cast on and cast off in row pairs to create lots of texture, adding thickness and 'squishability' to any blanket or garment.

In the workshop, you will learn how to cast on, cast off, make two basic styles of stitch and a combination fancy stitch; you will go home with your own Tunisian crochet needle, a ball of Palliser Ridge lambswool of your choice in navy blue or natural, and the beginnings of a whole new hobby.

The Palliser Ridge shop will also be open for you to browse their yarn, honey and ready to wear products at your leisure.
